Autobooks Terms of Use and End User License

This E-Sign Consent (“Consent”) applies to all Electronic Records (as defined below) for products and services accessed by you through the online payment platform for consumer and small business customers made available by Autobooks (“Online Platform”). The services and products offered through the Online Platform are subject to and made available pursuant to the agreement between you and Autobooks (“Autobooks Terms” as described in this document),. Autobooks Terms include the Regulation E-Disclosure and the Autobooks Payment Authorization.

Specifically, this Consent asks for your consent so that we can provide communications and information to you in electronic rather than in paper form. This Consent covers all of your accounts, products, and services with Autobooks subject to the Autobooks Terms or accessible through the Online Platform (whether the access is through a personal computer or mobile device), Autobooks’ websites or other electronic means. This includes, but is not limited to, payments made through the Online Platform. For purposes of this Consent, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

“Autobooks”, “we”, “us”, “our”, and other similar terms refer to Autobooks, Inc.

“Electronic Records” means any information that we give you in electronic form pursuant to this Consent, and as described below under the heading “Scope of Communications to Be Provided in Electronic Form”. For example, this Consent is an Electronic Record.

Electronic Records also include any electronic communication that you give us in connection with an Electronic Record. For example, if you dispute an electronic fund transfer and you send us an e-mail response in connection with that claim, the email you send us in an Electronic Record.

The terms “you,” “your” and other similar terms mean the person giving consent to this Consent, and also each additional account owner, authorized signer, authorized representative, or user identified on any Autobooks product you enroll or apply for, use or access that is subject to the Autobooks Terms.
